A new post on a Tuesday?! Extraordinarily, yes! I am happy to share that I was asked to prepare two veganized traditional Italian Christmas recipes for MUNCHIES/VICE Italia!
You can find the post here and the recipes are:
- Spinach and tofu (handmade) cannelloni
- Pandolce genovese (a sort of panettone with candied orange and citron peel, raisins, pine nuts, fennel seeds and orange blossom water).
Both seriously delicious! Unfortunately the recipes are only in Italian for now but I’ll be sure to make some more traditional Italian dishes soon!
